Open Roles:

Executive Suite & Director Level

Chief Executive Officer

Fraternally the president, but practically the CEO of the chapter. Responsible for:

  • Leading the group’s vision and identity
  • Determining strategies
  • Ensuring the success of the group
Chief Operating Officer

You’re the Vice President of the fraternity, but in practical terms a CAO. Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the success of day to day operations
  • Lead and supervise committees
  • Ensuring and improving operational efficiencies
Chief Financial Officer

Fraternally the treasurer, but practically the CFO. Your responsibilities will be:

  • Ensuring the financial success of the chapter
  • Major financial planning decisions
  • Solving financial problems
Chief Administrative Officer

You’re the Vice President of the fraternity, but in practical terms a CAO. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations
  • Provide strategy input
  • Enhance and improve administrative efficiency
Chief Security Officer

We call this the Sentinel in the Fraternity. Your role will be like a CSO and you’ll be responsible for:

  • Protecting the fraternity secrets
  • Ensuring the safety of members and guests of the chapter
  • Managing risk and overseeing incident investigations
Chief Learning Officer

The Inductor to PhiSigs, and practically the CLO. Your responsibilities in the group will be:

  • Create and manage learning strategies for the chapter
  • Maximize member growth
  • Plan and oversee growth opportunities
Director of Talent Acquisition

One of the most important roles early on, and one of the most challenging. Responsibilities are:

  • Building talent pipelines
  • Planning and overseeing recruitment events
  • Monitoring and improving talent acquisition strategies
