Position Summary:
The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of PSK Alpha Epsilon is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing administrative and operational functions. The CAO will work closely with the CEO, senior management team, and staff to ensure the effective and efficient management of the organization’s administrative and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Leadership:
    • Provide strategic leadership for all administrative functions, including office management, facilities, technology, and support services.
    • Streamline administrative processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Human Resources Management:
    • Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
    • Promote a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
  3. Technology and Systems Management:
    • Manage technology infrastructure, software, and systems to support the organization’s operations and program delivery.
    • Identify opportunities for technology improvements and implement necessary upgrades.
  4. Facility and Resource Management:
    • Oversee facility management and resource allocation to ensure a productive and safe working environment.
    • Implement sustainable practices and cost-effective resource utilization.
  5. Contract and Vendor Relations:
    • Manage contracts, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
    • Negotiate and maintain vendor agreements to support the organization’s operations.
  6. Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the organization’s administrative activities.
  7. Strategic Planning:
    • Contribute to the development and execution of the organization’s strategic plan with a focus on administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with the CEO and senior management to identify opportunities for organizational growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven executive leadership experience in administration, preferably within a nonprofit, leadership development organization, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of administrative and human resources management, facility operations, and technology systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to the organization’s mission and values.
  • Pursuing a undergraduate degree at ESU, leadership/communications minor preferred.
